Appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Customs Commissionerate, C.R. Building , Statue Circle , Jaipur NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 6th May, 2009 No. 46/2009-Customs (N.T.) S.O. 1172(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 and sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Customs Commissionerate, C.R. Building, Statue Circle, Jaipur to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:- (i) the Commissioner of Central Excise, Jaipur I, Jaipur; (ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Export) Rajaji Salai, Chennai; and (iii) the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi; for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Mateshwari Textiles, Gall Ki Ret, Badi Basti, Puskar, District Ajmer (Rajasthan and others issued vide, F.
