Rescinding certain notifications

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise, 1944, read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957), the Central Government hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :-

1. 130/82-Central Excises, dated the 20th April, 1982.

2. 110/83-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1983.

3. 201/85-Central Excises, dated the 2nd September, 1985.

4. 142/86-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1986.

5. 143/86-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1986.

6. 249/86-Central Excises, dated the 11th April, 1986.

7. 314/86-Central Excises, dated the 21st May, 1986.
