In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. 266/67-Central Excises, dated the 28th November, 1967, namely :-

In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, for clauses (a) to (g), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely :-

"(a) the goods falling under heading Nos. 27.07, 27.10, 27.11, 27.12, 27.13 (except the goods falling under sub-heading No. 2713.12, 27.14 and 27.15 of the Schedule to the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986);

(b) such benzene, toluene and xylene which fall within Chapter 29 of the Schedule to the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986).".
