Exchange rates for export goods - Amendment to Notification No. 49/95-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 58/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 22-9-1995 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 49/95-NT-Cus. [S.O. 750 (E)], dated 29th August, 1995, namely :- In the Schedule-I of the said Notification for serial No. 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 15. Australian Dollar 25.38 This rate will be effective from 25th September, 1995.
