Auxiliary duty Notification No. 143/87-Cus. Dated 27-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-clause (4) of clause 95 of the Finance Bill, 1987, which clause has, by virtue of the declaration made in the said Finance Bill under the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1931 (16 of 1931), the force of law, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Govern ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 113/87-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, - (i) S. No. 241 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; and (ii) alter S. No. 291 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :- "292. No. 142/87-Customs, dated the 27th March, 1987."
