Auxiliary duty Notification No. 141/87-Cus. Dated 27-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-clause (4) of clause 95 of the Finance Bill, 1987, which clause had, by virtue of the declaration made in the said Finance Bill under the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1931 (16 of 1931), the force of law, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 113-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely :- In the Schedule to the said notification after Sl. No. 290 and entry relating thereto the following Sl. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :- "291. No. 140-Customs, dated the 27th March, 1987".
