Warehousing Station Notification No. 137/87-Cus. Dated 24-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Central Board, of Excise and Customs No. 408/86-Customs, dated the 16th August, 1986, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Morampalli hamlet of Kodur Village of Chilamathur Mandal in District Anantapur in the State of Andhra Pradesh to be a warehousing station for the purposes of setting up of hundred per cent export-oriented undertakings.
