Auxiliary duty Notification No. 134/87-Cus. Dated 19-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-clause (4) of Clause 95 of the Finance Bill, 1987, which clause has, by virtue of the declaration made in the said Finance Bill under the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1931 (16 of 1931), the force of law, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 113/87-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely :- In the Schedule to the said notification, (i) Sl. No. 13 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted; and (ii) after Sl. No. 289 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and the entry shall be inserted, namely :- "290. No. 134-Customs, dated the 19th March, 1987."
