Life saving drugs and medicines Notification No. 130/87-Cus. Dated 17-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 208/81-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1981, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, under heading "A. Life saving drugs or medicines", after Item No. 135 and the entry relating thereto, the following items and entries shall be inserted, namely :- "136. Burn Therapy Dressing Soaked in Protective Jel (Water Jel). 137. Cyclosporine. 138. Pilocarpine. 139. Nitroglycerine Injection 140. Aclarubicin Injection 141. Peplomycin Injection. 142. Vindesin Sulphate Injection 143. Menss Injection. 144. 5-Flurocytosis Tablets/Capsules/lnjections. 145. Amsacrine Tablets/Capsules/lnjections. 146. Acyclovir Tablets/Injections. 147. Praziquantel Tablets. 148. Septopal beads and Chains. 149. Diptheria Anti-toxin serum. 150. Cosium Tubes. 151. Estramustine Phosphate Capsules. 152. Polyestradiol Phosphate Vials. 153. Prednimustine Tablets. 154. Bovine Albumin 155. Blisa Diagnostic Tests."
