Exemption to specified equipments required for initial setting up of a hotel Notification No. 110/87-Cus. Dated 1-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Govern ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 6/86-Customs, dated the 2nd January", 1986, namely :- In the said notification, in clause (a), for the figures and words "15 per cent ad valorem", the figures and words "45 per cent ad valorem" shall be substituted.
