Drug intermediates falling within Chapter 29 Notification No. 237/86-Cus. Dated 7-4-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 57/85-Customs, dated the 17th March, 1985, namely :— In the Schedule to the said notification,— (i) for Sl. No. 9 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be substituted, namely :— "9. Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine." (ii) for Sl. No. 10 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be substituted, namely :- "10. Cyanopyrazine." (iii) for Sl. No. 13 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be substituted, namely :— "13. DL—Oxyphene Hydrochloride."
