Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority - M/s Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd., Near Gujarat High Court, S.G. Highway, Gota, Ahmedabad - 100/2012 - Customs - Non Tariff

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Ahmedabad, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties as a common adjudicating authority over the powers and duties exercisable by (i) the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Ahmedabad; and (ii) the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo - Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd., Near Gujarat High Court, S.G. Highway, Gota, Ahmedabad issued vide F.No.DRI/AZU/INV-68/Lambda/2009 dated the 30 th May, 2012, by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
