Dear Sir We would like to import plastic scrap / waste to recyle it in our plant to manufacutre consumable products. You are requested to advise following questions:1. Does the import is freely allowable? If yes, under which section / rule of the customs it falls?2. If it is required any specila License Pls adivse with details of issuing the same by the relevant authority.3. Doe Import is restricted from few developed / developing countries only? Pls give some depth with a guidance.Thanks with regards.
