Supolimentary Invoice, Central Excise

Dear Sir,

Please send the provisions for Supplementary Invoice for EOU unit for Rate Difference

We have to raise Invoice for Rate Difference but it is an EOU unit. Original Invoice against CT3 (Without duty) so please let us know the same procedure for Supplementary Invoice also.

Sir,

You may raise supplementary invoice on payment of duty, and mention details about the original CT-3.

In addition of above please also pay the applicable interest also on diff duty payments.
