I would like to have the clarififcation  regarding the availablity of Incentive Script  Under SFIS scheme  for Design, supply,Erection and construction of Oil Storage tank outside  india. Can avail the benefit under SFIS scheme, Pl clarify

Please check the para 3.11, 3.12 of the Foreign Trade Policy. This may come under Serial No. (e) of 1A  Engineering service under Professional Services covered under broad category of Business Services (Appendix 41 of the FTP).  Conditions as metioned in para 3.12 of the FTP needs to be fulfilled to become eligible for SFIS.
