Sir,  We can avail service tax credit on CFA services or apply refund claim. Please clarify ASAP

In case of services received within india with the goods attributed to sale of finished goods within India (upto the place of removal) you may avail the CENVAT credit.

If such services are attrributable to exported goods then you are required to seek the refund claim.
