The counsel invited our attention to the share transfer application submitted by one Ravikanth Badruka, transferee for effecting the share to his distinctive Nos. 6172207, 6172108 with registered folio No. 21728 from Chandran, K.R. He also filed xerox copy of the refund order sent by the opposite parties to the complainant. These documents clinching by show that the complainant was not allotted shares of distinctive Nos. 6172108, 6172207 under registered folio No. 21728. On the other hand, the shares belonged to one Chandran, K.R. and subsequently on 24-8-1992 an application was filed for transfer of the shares in favour of Ravikanth Badruka.
