It was learnt that, on the basis of Bill of Entry No. 3151 dated 25.10.2004, it was found that M/s. Ved International imported TL 20 W/05 SLV special which were sold @ Rs. 142/- per unit. 3. The catalogue of said items was asked and same was supplied. It was found that the goods imported by M/s. Ved International are similar to the goods imported by the appellant, therefore, the assessment of imported goods were made by enhancing the declared value and the impugned order was passed.
