Establishment Chapter II of the Bill deals with the establishment of Resolution Corporation and its functions and powers. The Central Government shall establish a Corporation by name of the Resolution Corporation by means of a notification. The Corporation shall be a body corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold or dispose of property, both moveable and immovable and to contract and shall by the said name sue or be sued.
