There is stated to be another such incident on March 4, 2021 at around 9.00 p.m. when 12 to 15 miscreants attempted to trespass into the said premises of Corporate Debtor's factory and information thereof was also given to the local police station. The applicant has submitted that there was another incident on March 12, 2021 when the miscreants lit fire into the huge number of tyres kept at one corner of the factory site at night and to extinguish the fire the Fire Brigade and Police personnel had to be called to take control of the situation.
