M/s Mili International (IEC NO. 0516506188) having address at B-93, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi 110020 has failed to pay Duty amounting to Rs.1,64,10,193/-(Rs. One Crore Sixty Four Lakh Ten Thousand Ninety Three Only) and the applicable interest thereon demanded vide Order-in-Original no. 05/DC/AG/DEEC (MC)/2022-23 dated 23.05.2022 passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Customs, DEEC (M) Cell, Export, New Custom House, Mumbai. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of subsection (1) of Section 142 of Customs Act, 1962, I require and request that the aforesaid amount of Rs.1,64,10,193/- along with applicable interest should be recovered from any money payable to the aforesaid party by the officers of Customs and/or officers of Central Excise/GST (Who have in terms of clause (b) of Sub Section (1) of Section 142 of the Customs Act, 1962, that the amount above mentioned should also be recovered by detaining and selling of any goods belonging to the aforesaid party M/s Mili International (IEC NO. 0516506188) having address at at B-93, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-III, New Delhi 110020 which are under the control of the officers of Customs and Central GST - who have been designated as Officers of Customs all over India. An intimation regarding recovery may be sent to the undersigned as soon as the amount is realized. The amount so recovered may be sent to the undersigned by Demand Draft in favour of R.B.I. A/C.
