1953 (10) TMI 35 - SUPREME COURTExtract: ....... are set aside and the plaintiff’s suit is dismissed. Having regard to the fact that the question involved in this case is one of considerable importance upon which there was considerable difference of judicial opinion that the plaintiff himself is a pauper, we direct that each party shall bear his own costs in all the courts. Appeal allowed.
