1968 (9) TMI 117 - SUPREME COURTExtract: .......95). However, in the present case we are not basing .our decision by taking into consideration the line of argument of persona designata. For the reasons which have already been stated the appeal is allowed with costs, with the result that the writ petition filed in the High Court succeeds and the impugned order shall stand quashed.
