1975 (3) TMI 147 - KERLA HIGH COURTExtract: .......s which the first respondent was getting exceeded ₹ 5,000/- per annum. In the circumstances, there are no justifiable grounds for disallowing the first respondent relief under Act 31 of 1958 which has been now replaced by Act 11 of 1970. The Cross-appeal is, therefore, allowed to the above extent. The parties will bear their respective costs.
