1962 (12) TMI 99 - SUPREME COURTExtract: ....... in good faith in the matter of the complaint against the appellant. That is a concurrent finding of fact; and it is the practice of this Court not to interfere ordinarily with concurrent findings of fact. There are no exceptional circumstances for our departing from the said practice. 26. In the result, the appeal fails and is dismissed. No costs.
