Seeks to bring in force provisions of sections 20, 35 and 40 of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 - S.O. 1065(E) - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th March, 2024 S.O. 1065(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 (9 of 2023) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 6th day of March, 2024 as the date on which the provisions of sections 20 , 35 and 40 of the said Act shall come into force.
