Muldwarka port ( Gujarat ) appointed Customs port for unloading of coal and loading of clinker and cement Notification No. 46/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 19-9-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 6/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 9th February, 1994, the Central Government hereby appoints Muldwarka port in the State of Gujarat to be a Customs port for the unloading of imported coal and the loading of clinker and cement for export.
