Dear Sir, We are in manufacturing of Washing Machines recently Assistant controller from Legal metrology visited our plant and 3 weighing machines in Quality department find no stamping available for that he issued notice under Seciton 8/25 of the legal metrology act,2009 and asking us to pay 70,000 through sbi bank DD. Please help us to understand Legal metrology act,2009 applicabulity of our product and unit. Thanks in advance.
