2005 (8) TMI 402 - HC - Companies Law

The High Court of Rajasthan dismissed an application seeking immediate payment as a preferential claim, stating that the adjudication must be done by the Official Liquidator as per the Companies Act, 1956 to avoid prejudice to other preferential claim holders. The application was dismissed on this ground.
