With regard to next prayer along with the vigilance cell, one Research Officer/Tribal Development or social Welfare officer would be associated in finding the social status of eligibility of the officers.

Summary

The Supreme Court rejected the application to recall the order regarding caste certificates but made changes to the scrutiny committees. The caste scrutiny committees will now have five members with a quorum of three, and additional members for social welfare and cultural affairs departments. A Research Officer will be associated with the vigilance cell for finding social status eligibility of officers.
