The High Court of Punjab & Haryana dismissed the appeal as withdrawn when the appellant decided to file a writ petition for the return of 'C' forms to rectify them. The 'C' forms did not contain transaction particulars between the assessee and the purchaser. The appeal was dismissed with liberty as prayed.
