The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT Ahmedabad dismissed the application for rectification of mistake in Final Order No.A/10052-10057/WZB/AHD/2013, dt.22.11.2012. The Tribunal found no error in their previous decision regarding valuation aspect. The application was dismissed.
