2015 (5) TMI 1037 - HC - CustomsSeeking stay of the order passed by the CESTAT - Directed to implement its order within a period of three days - Held that - when the appellate forum is seized of the matter and when the appeal itself has been admitted, the learned Tribunal ought to have stayed its hands away. The respondents, if they so desire, could have moved this Court seeking for the reliefs whatever they were entitled to in law. In that view of the matter, we are inclined to grant ad interim relief. - Appeal disposed of by granting relief
