The court emphasized that the representation made to the Chairman of the Board did not invoke any specific legal provision, and thus, the Board was not at fault for not exercising its discretion. As a result, the court dismissed the writ petition, stating that the petitioner failed to establish grounds for setting aside the sale and did not merit relief under the law.
