1995 (3) TMI 494 - SCH - Companies Law
The Supreme Court allowed the appeal, stating that the Registrar of the Company should have conducted an inquiry into the stolen share certificates matter instead of directing the appellant to the civil court. The Court set aside the civil court's order and remanded the case back to the Registrar to decide in accordance with the law. No costs were awarded. (Case: 1995 (3) TMI 494 - SC)
