Seeks extension of time so as to enable the whole time member of SEBI to pass an order in compliance with the orders passed by this Tribunal from time to time - Held that - Counsel for SEBI, on instructions, states that the whole time member of SEBI would hear the appellants and pass appropriate order on before February 29, 2016 as stipulated in our order dated October 16, 2015. In view of above we see no reason to entertain the Miscellaneous Application.
