1961 (4) TMI 114 - SC - Indian Laws

The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal against the Madras High Court's order, which refused to quash the commitment of a case involving criminal conspiracy and forgery. The Court held that the Court of Session at Madras can try the offence of conspiracy even if it was committed in Calcutta. The appeal was dismissed.
