Place the appeals under the caption of fresh admission on 3rd December 2018 - By way of adinterim relief we direct that the order dated 29th October 2018 passed by the learned Company Judge will remain stayed till the next date subject to appellant depositing with the Prothonotary and Senior Master a sum of 12.66 crore within a period of two weeks from today.
