2016 (4) TMI 1356 - HC - Indian LawsIf the petitioners supply a legible computerized printout of the scheme and the schedule of assets in acceptable form to the department, the department will append such computerized printout, upon verification, to the certified copy of the order without insisting on a handwritten copy thereof. Let costs assessed at 300 GMs be paid by the applicants to the Central Government.
The Calcutta High Court disposed of the case C.P.242 of 2016. The Central Government did not make any adverse observation regarding the scheme. The petitioners must provide a legible computerized printout of the scheme and assets to the department. Costs of 300 GMs to be paid to the Central Government.
