Termination of services of the petitioner by the Management of the College - HELD THAT - Admittedly, the petitioner was working for a private College which is totally unaided. It is only affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. The services of the petitioner have been terminated by the Management of the College. The College would not fall within the meaning of the State under Article 12 of the Constitution as such we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Petition dismissed.
