2014 (3) TMI 1147 - HC - Companies LawSale of plot - Section 529A of the Companies Act, 1956 - HELD THAT - The Official Liquidator to make a report after the sale is complete. The applicants shall keep the Official Liquidator informed of the various steps under progress of the sale. Place the report for directions on Friday, 25th July 2014.
The Bombay High Court made Company Application absolute for the sale of Plot Nos. 12 and 13 at village Satpur, MIDC Division, District- Nashik subject to Section 529A of the Companies Act, 1956. The applicants must bring the sale proceeds to the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator will report after the sale, with further directions on July 25, 2014.
