The petitioner hence filed an application before the 1st respondent pointing out that in such circumstances necessary proceedings be issued against the 3rd respondent to reveal the source of ₹ 45 crores. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the complaint has been taken cognizance of and investigation is being carried out.
