Application for early hearing of the appeal as well as stay of operation of the impugned order - it is pleaded that the suspension of CHA license on 11.01.2019 rendered many people jobless, hence, there is urgency for disposal of the appeal - HELD THAT - There are merits in the contention of the learned Advocate for the appellant - Consequently, the miscellaneous application for early hearing of the appeal is allowed and appeal is fixed for hearing on 26.08.2019.
