2019 (9) TMI 1300 - Tri - Companies LawTransfer of application - Territorial Jurisdiction - transferor company No. 4 has filed Company Application in the jurisdictional bench of NCLT at Mumbai whereas the Transferee Company and the Transferor Companies No. 1 to 3 have their registered office situated at Delhi - HELD THAT - There is a single Scheme of Amalgamation entered into between the Transferee and Transferor Companies. It is directed that the Company Application filed with NCLT, Mumbai be transferred to the NCLT, New Delhi Bench No. 4 - application disposed off.
The National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench in New Delhi transferred a Company Application from Mumbai to New Delhi Bench No. 4 due to the registered offices of the companies involved. The application was disposed of. (2019 (9) TMI 1300)
