Requirement to file separate counter affidavit - HELD THAT - Counter affidavits is stated to have been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4. However, the same are not on record, perhaps for the reason that the same were filed beyond the time granted vide last order. On an oral prayer made by the learned counsel, the time for filing the counter affidavits, is extended till the time they are filed. Let the same be taken on record. List the matter before the Hon ble Court on the date already fixed i.e. 01.08.2019.
