Ex-parte ad-interim injunction Exemption Application: The High Court, presided over by the Chief Justice and Mr. Justice Prateek Jalan, allowed the exemption application in the matter, subject to all just exceptions. The proceedings were conducted through video conferencing, and the court disposed of the application marked as CM APPL. 30676/2020. Ex-parte Ad-interim Injunction: In relation to LPA 362/2020 & CM APPL. 30675/2020 for an ex-parte ad-interim injunction, the court issued a notice. Mr. Arshdeep Singh Khurana, Advocate accepted the notice on behalf of all respondents. The respondents' counsel sought three weeks to file a counter affidavit, which was granted by the court. The court ordered that the status quo as of the current date regarding ownership, possession, and encumbrance upon the properties in question should be maintained by both parties. The next date of hearing was scheduled for 08.01.2021.
