Withdrawal of appeal - HELD THAT - None is present on behalf of the assessee. However, an application on behalf of the assessee dated 27.01.2020 is placed on record, stating that the assessee does not wish to press this appeal and seeks permission to withdraw the same. The ld. DR reports no objection on this request of the assessee. Therefore, the appeal is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn - In the result, the appeal is dismissed.

Summary
