Maintainability of review petition - condonation of delay in filing petition - HELD THAT - There is an inordinate delay of 207 days in filing the Review Petition. The explanation offered for the same was not satisfying. The Review Petition is, therefore, liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay itself. Even on merits, there are no error in the order impugned, much less an apparent error on the face of the record, so as to call for its review - the Review Petition is dismissed on the ground of delay as also on merits.
