Seeking grant of bail - petitioner has remained in judicial custody since 10.07.2021 - HELD THAT - Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has suffered incarceration for over ten months, we are inclined to grant him bail. The petitioner is, accordingly, directed to be enlarged on bail on the terms and conditions to be imposed by the trial court - SLP disposed off.
