Amount payable to the petitioner - Despite the Court's order with respect to the payment to the petitioner, no further action was taken - respondent Advocate submits that the decision quantifying the amount payable to the petitioner has since been taken and would be communicated to the petitioner within two days - HELD THAT - The amounts determined shall also be credited to the petitioner accordingly within a week. It is stated that the petitioner has preferred a contempt proceedings for noncompliance of the Court‟s order. The present order will not in any way prejudice the rights of the parties in those proceedings. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
